The Leamington Spa Christmas Tree Festival at All Saints Parish Church is now OPEN! We have a fantastic tree on display this year, amongst around sixty trees supported by local charities and organisations. The festival is open until Sunday 15 December and is promoting Molly Ollys Wishes, a charity that supports children with life-limiting illnesses. So If you are in Leamington over the next week, please pop in and have a look!
We're rockin' around our Christmas tree this week as Brenda Lee reaches 80 next Wednesday. Also on our birthday list are Nicki Minaj, Nicole Appleton, Joan Armatrading and 1970s teen idol, Donny Osmond. And we remember Sinéad O'Connor and Jim Morrison, both born this week.
The countdown is on for the opening of the Leamington Spa Christmas Tree Festival on Saturday 7 December at All Saints Church. Sixty organisations, including Radio Warneford, have brightly decorated trees in this year’s festival, which promotes local charity Molly Ollys Wishes, supporting children with life limiting illnesses.
