Patient Requests

We are unable to take Patient Requests at the moment because we are in the process of moving our studios to a new location at Warwick Hospital. We hope to be able to broadcast live again later in Spring 2024.

The easiest way for you to ask us to play a track for a loved one (or yourself if you are in hospital!) is to complete our new online Request Form. Our presenters will be able to see your request when they are broadcasting so please send in your request, even when the team are live on-air. Remember that we are only on air live for a couple of hours, five days a week at present.

Alternatively, you can call our 24-hour Request Line on 01926 401402*. If you use the Request Line, please remember to include all the details about the patient (i.e. name, ward, hospital), the track you would like us to play (please give us a few alternatives), your name and the message you would like us to read out to accompany the track.

Contacting The Studio

When our broadcasting team is live on the air, you can contact them directly by using our special Contact The Studio form. You might want to comment on a track you have just heard, join in the conversation or enter a competition that has just been set.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to broadcast live programmes at the moment due to our studio move.
