Are you a budding broadcaster, wanting to learn the skills required to put together and broadcast radio programmes for patients? We are looking for new people to join one of our broadcasting teams.![]()

Our volunteers go out and about on the wards to meet the patients and then put together our evening Request Show and other programmes to entertain our listeners. They also take part in special broadcasts throughout the year, at Christmas and Easter for example, and they help to raise the funds needed to keep Radio Warneford on the air!![]()

We’re boarding the “Midnight Train To Georgia” this week as Gladys Knight celebrates her 82nd birthday next Thursday. Paul Weller from the Jam and Style Council is 68, Bob Dylan is 85 and lyricist Bernie Taupin is 76. Aussie superstar Kylie Minogue will be 58 this week, Morrissey is 67 and Dollar singer, Thereza Bazar, is 71.
