Later this year, Radio Warneford will be reach an amazing milestone – fifty fabulous years of broadcasting!
Starting in July, we’ll be telling you more about our history with lots of archive photographs, newspaper cuttings and some of our old recordings.
We were born in a broom cupboard near the maternity unit at the old Warneford Hospital in Leamington Spa just before Christmas 1973.
The station has had four studios and we are about to move again to our latest home. From July, we will also bring you more about our exciting move to new premises at Warwick Hospital and our plans for the future.
